Please make the following change in your Outlook Express software.
NOTE: Do NOT make this change to the email account you have with your ISP (GtCom, EmeraldCst.com, etc.) This change is only for the account you have with us.

1.) Click Tools, then Accounts
2.) Click the Mail tab
3.) Select the account you have with us, then click the Properties button.
4.) Click the Servers tab.
5.) Check the box at the very bottom that says "My Server Requires Authentication".
6.) Click the OK button.
7.) Click Close.
8.) To let me know you have changed your settings, click here and let me know which email address(s) you have changed..
